The Problem

Peak Claims had a legacy mobile application that was failing in production -- frequent crashes, broken image uploads, and unreliable performance made it unusable for field adjusters who depend on it daily. The existing app needed to be fully replaced, not patched.

The Solution

Built a production-ready Flutter application from the ground up, along with the entire backend infrastructure. The app features an 8-screen deterministic claims flow with complex forms, large image uploads to S3, external API integrations, and Slack alerting for real-time team notifications.

The architecture was designed for reliability -- every step of the claims process is deterministic, ensuring adjusters can complete their workflows without data loss or unexpected behavior.

The Outcome
